All measures are taken to keep all work areas clean at all times.

Protective hats, masks, gloves and aprons are worn by all our packing team.

Each bag has a zip lock and is heat-sealed sealed on site as well as the sealing the plastics ziplock, so that nothing can penetrate the bag after we dispatch it to you.

This ensures your Sweet Cheeks® arrive to you in perfect condition.

All bags are made fresh at the time of order.

The Sweet Cheeks® bags are first zip locked and then heat sealed at source, so should arrive to you in peak condition.

To enjoy them at their best we recommend you consume them within 4 weeks, but kept in cool dry conditions with the bag re-sealed each time, they can last up to 6 months from date of purchase.

Due to the nature of the different sizes and weight of our sweets, and the fact that our Create Your Own bags are completely bespoke, it can be difficult to sometimes hit the full bag weight exactly without going over weight. We do try and get as close as we can based on a tolerance margin of no more than 1.5% under wherever possible.
We therefor display the “estimated” sign on all of our packages.

ReTURNS & REFUND POLICY

What is your returns and refund policy?

Your happiness with our bags is so important for us, but as Sweet Cheeks® bags are a food related product, once it has been delivered and opened we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns.

We will only accept issue refunds if the product is faulty or incorrect.

If the packaging is faulty, the bag(s) MUST NOT be opened and must remain sealed.

If your order is incorrect, then please contact us right away.

If you are not happy with any element of how the product arrives to you, please contact us at orders@sweetcheeks.store giving details of your order number, your issue with the product and any supporting proof of issue (e.g. photo evidence)

If a refund is agreed, this will be returned to your method of payment within 3-5 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before returning any parcels to us.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

When an item is out of stock we will try and remove it from our website as quickly as we can until it is available again.

If you have selected a product that goes out of stock while your order is being prepared we will replace it with more of some of the same sweets you have chosen. If more than 2 products go out of stock, we will contact you and ask which products you would like more of from the items you have already selected.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO

How much do you charge for delivery?

We have variable rates for UK delivery if your order is less than £50 and under 15kg.

This is based on the weight and location of your order.

£2.90 – £8.99 for Standard UK Mainland (3-5 working days)

£4.35 – £10.99 for Express Delivery UK Mainland (1-2 working days)

Scottish Highland and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland are not classed as UK Mainland and you MUST select the correct location option when you order or we cannot process your order. Prices range from £8.99-£11.99 dependent on location.

For larger corporate orders over 15kg, please contact us for delivery costs.

When an order is placed, you will receive an email indicating that we have received your order for packing.

This will then be sent to our packing team and your Sweet Cheeks® order will be prepared.

This will normally be within 1-2 days of the date or order.

Once your product has been picked, packed and shipped, you will get another email letting you know its on its way with relevant tracking details.

The length of time the delivery then takes will be dependant on the shipping you choose at checkout, but at the very most will be 3-5 business days.

** PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY TIME STARTS WHEN OUR COURIER HAS YOUR PARCEL, NOT FROM THE TIME YOU PLACE THE ORDER **

All packages will be tracked.

All packages will be tracked and must be signed for in accordance to the current pandemic contact restrictions.

We use multiple carriers dependant on size of orders and also areas being delivered to.

This is due to the costs of carriers varying. We use multiple carriers to help keep the costs affordable for both you are ourselves.

Carriers we use will either be YODEL or DPD.

Tracking information will be provided.

If you live in the Stockport postcode districts of SK6 then your order is FREE DELIVERY. Any other SK postcodes, please contact us after you place an order and we can discuss delivery options and partial refund of your delivery costs.

For the safety of customers and staff all local deliveries will be contact free.  Your order will be placed on your door step and after ringing the bell our delivery person will step away until you answer.

Please do not meet your delivery person at the door, give them chance to put your order down and to step away.

There must be someone in aged over 18 to receive the order. We may take a photo for proof of delivery.

All local delivery orders placed by 12pm will be delivered the next day, except on Saturday when orders will be delivered on the Monday. Local deliveries are between 4pm-9pm, please leave instructions (orders@sweetcheeks.store) if you won’t be home in these times.

We currently only ship to UK mainland & Northern Ireland.

If your parcel does not arrive in the selected timeframe, then first of all you can use the tracking code that would have been sent to you. You will then see the status and location of the parcel in our couriers system.

If you still cannot find where you parcel is then please get in touch with us via our contact page and we will do our best to trace your parcel.

If in the unlikely event that the courier mislays your parcel, Sweet Cheeks can not accept liability for this loss, however we will raise a claim on your behalf and retrieve any available monies lost to you. The amount able to be recovered may vary as some couriers only insure parcels up to a maximum value of £20 for their standard claims. We do not take out extra insurance for our parcels as this would make the shipping too expensive for our customers.

If an incorrect delivery address has been entered by you at checkout, Sweet Cheeks can also not be help liable for the non-delivery of the parcel and a “returns charge” may be issued to us by our courier which in turn would need to be deducted from any refunds owed to you as the customer.

If you are not in when the delivery driver calls to deliver your order, then they should leave a calling card to show they have attempted the delivery. They will attempt to deliver another 2 times on consecutive working days.

You should also have details on the calling card that allows you to call the courier company and arrange for your package to be delivered to an neighbour or a safe place.

If the delivery driver cannot deliver the parcel after 3 attempts then the parcel will be returned to us at Sweet Cheeks and we are charged by the courier £7.99 for each package for this return. Due to the missed delivery not being any fault of our own, then we cannot be held responsible for this and no refunds will be given.

We cannot use any returned parcels and they are destroyed when they return.

We can send the parcel back out to you, but you will incur another deliver charge, plus the £7.99 return fee that we are charged by the courier company.

free gifts & discount coupons

If your order qualified for a free gift you did not select your free gift at checkout, then we can still send this out to you but we will unfortunately have to charge you for the shipping to send this out on a separate parcel.

If you did not add a valid discount code at checkout then unfortunately we can not retrospectively discount your order with the discount code value.
